Hi, I’m Heather. For years, I excelled in high-pressure roles in non-profit management, tech sales, and social impact. On paper, I was thriving—earning awards like President’s Club honors and hitting every milestone of “success.” But behind the scenes, I was struggling. Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and moments of disassociation became my normal. I wasn’t just burnt out; I was crispy.
At my lowest point, I knew I couldn’t keep going like this. That moment became my invitation to pause and begin again. I turned to breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices—not just as tools but as a path back to myself. These practices taught me that I was always just three breaths away from more ease, and that small, simple steps could create profound change. Slowly, I began releasing old patterns, feeling grounded in my body, and reconnecting to a life that felt meaningful and aligned.
That healing journey inspired me to create The Whole Human. It’s a space for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—a place where you can begin here, just as you are. Through coaching, group programs, workshops, and community events, I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to release what’s weighing you down, rediscover your inner strength, and step into a more balanced, joyful life.
